With billions of galaxies in the observable universe, each containing billions of stars, it's incredible to imagine that Earth might be the only planet hosting intelligent life.

Scientists have discovered thousands of planets orbiting distant stars, including some in their stars' habitable zones. But so far, we haven't confirmed life anywhere beyond Earth.

Do you believe intelligent alien civilizations exist somewhere out there? And if they do, why haven't we heard from them yet?
